Our approach

From used bottle
to new possibility.

A bottle-to-bottle system connects material recovery with the requirements of future packaging.

The circular pathway

Keeping PET in the packaging loop.

The pathway below illustrates the system we are exploring, rather than an existing ClosedLoop operation.

01

Collection

Recover used PET bottles through suitable collection channels.

02

Sorting & preparation

Separate and prepare material to meet processing requirements.

03

Recycling & quality

Explore processing and decontamination pathways suitable for food-grade applications.

04

New packaging

Connect recycled PET with packaging manufacturers and brand owners.

Our development focus

Build the foundations.
Then build the system.

We are exploring the conditions needed for a viable local recycling facility.

01

Supply & quality

Understand available PET streams, contamination, consistency and the expectations of collection partners.

02

Technical feasibility

Evaluate recycling technology, quality assurance, site needs and applicable food-contact requirements.

03

Demand & viability

Discuss potential recycled PET applications, buyer specifications and the commercial foundations of the project.

Food-grade ambition

Quality must be built into the loop.

The proposed facility would focus on food-grade PET bottle-to-bottle recycling.

Food-contact packaging requires careful attention to feedstock, processing, decontamination and quality assurance. These requirements are central to the facility pathway we are exploring.

Technical suitability and applicable approvals would need to be established as development progresses. Our development work is focused on understanding these requirements before moving towards implementation.

A circular future starts with a conversation

Let’s close the loop. Together.
